I must say that I figured this was going to be an "own until I die" kind of build, so I am shocked to see it being put up for sale.

That being said, I cant believe it hasnt sold already!

I would buy it in a flash if I lived over the ditch, so I really hope it stays in the community and isnt pulled apart, as its far to nice to be stripped.

OK as soon as I get my FD back it's going up for sale and if it sells before this goes then I will buy it, genuinely serious.

Incredible.

I remember when the build had just finished and everyone was talking about what it must of cost you... I guessed around $300k and it seems I wasnt far off!

I would love to buy it simply because A. its the bargain of the century. and B. I know how much blood sweat and tears (and cash) has been poured into this thing. Unfortunately its way too much car for me and I would end up parting it out and using the funds to build my own ultimate supra! :P

All the best with the sale, I hope someone offers you more than your asking for, you deserve it just for giving us a taste of living the dream!

That's what I was wondering... From what I've gathered, no it wouldn't be, not without extensive work.

Hence:

I want to be up front and disclaim that the car will be sold unregistered and so this sale is more of a business proposal. I have done the numbers and believe that this would be a lucrative project for someone with the means to break Supras and sell near-new parts. I simply do not have the time or means to do so unfortunately.


However I hope I'm wrong, would be a real shame to see this thing broken up. Best Supra in Australia imo and in many other peoples eyes.
