Anyone Contacted KEN ????

Hey guys,

Has anyone here been able to contact Ken recently ?

Seems he has a lot of outstanding orders and people chasing him, I have been unable to reach him so wondering if anyone else out there perhaps has had some luck,

albiet via msn / icq / email ... or someone whose put an order through previously perhaps has a phone number ??

If anyone is lucky enough to contact Ken, please let me know as I, along with a number of other members here purchased a TRD LSD off him in September last year and still have not seen it yet.

I for one would like to see this company BANNED from this sit for ever once this mess is all cleared up and I can guarantee I will never be giving Ken another cent of mine ever, my thoughts are he is a scammer....

I am having an issue with him supramario. An outstanding order for over 3 months, and i have emails and pm's of his lies. Should i pm you the details? If he does not get back to me within a week i will make sure he never deals again.

I have already gone through paypal system, but the order was done so long ago it expired. I have send another money request refund to him.

the SA Supra forum has a group buy that has not been completed since mid March (almost three months ago). full payment was made to Ken via PayPal on March 15 and four weeks later (after a number of us chased him) he said that he had shipped the order. However, the tracking number he gave us did not work and after a month (mid May) the package did not appear. He then said that he would send a replacement package three weeks ago, but has not confirmed that shipment or communicated since May 21. the relevant thread is here for all to see:

from the end of March I made a point of sending each post from the above thread as a PM to Ken. each PM was cc'd to the participants of the SA Supra group buy. I also emailed the content of each post to two (2) of his email addresses and cc'd those emails to Darren, Reaper, Yiros and Relaxx (as i have their email addresses).

Ken said that he would check the thread regularly for replies, but he has not officially logged onto SA Supra since May 21. his Inbox on the site has sufficient capacity at present to receive PM's. none of the emails that i have been sending him have bounced. I do not think that I have to resort to chasing him via ICQ/MSN/Yahoo messenger systems to obtain a reply.

as a state based group, SA Supra now has serious concerns about the reliability of Ken (KinwayTRD/KARacingTRD/Kinway Motorsports) as a trader. We hope that Ken responds to our correspondence in a timely fashion and fulfils our order.

We would be grateful if anyone here has suggestions on how to resolve this unsatisfactory situation.

ken emailed me on the 15/05/08 and assured me the TRD Diffs had arrieved awaiting customs clearance that usualy takes a week or so he informed.

i emailed him 2 days ago to see if i could change sending address and haven't heard back form him, so im not sure whats happening now but this all isn't looking good.
