also check where all ur cables r running... make sure ur RCA cables are NOT running next to other wires/cables that have "any" current going through them.

eg. if ur RCA cables r running close to/with ur battery power cable(+) then the RCA cables "WILL" pick up the electric noise from the battery cable and send it through ur speakers.
