Christmas party

The NSW SUPRA CLUBS CHRISTMAS PARTY will be held on Sunday 13/12/2009

It will be held at the Peace park at Gorokan it has under cover seating and BBQ and is right on the edge of the lake.
TO GET THERE: Take the Toukley Off ramp of the Expressway and head towards Toukley. It is on the left hand side just before you go Over the Toukley bridge.

We need to know who is coming so we can cater for the day so please add you name and if you are bringing a friend.

1 BBQ lunch
2 Chris kringle (please bring a present to the value of $10)
3 Annual meeting and committee elections (Please PM Foogy if you want to nominate for any of the positions)
4 Membership renewals or new (you can pay at the christmas party)
5 Guys bring swimmers and towel with you as we will be going to the beach after lunch
6 Does anyone have a cricket set we can use (please PM me)



Again we will have the Chris Kringle game.

Rules are simple

Buy a present to the value of $10. Wrap it up and get your name crossed off the list as having given a present. Give you present to Bill.

Then we will pull names out of a hat and you get to pick a present out of the pile.

The person after you, after they unwrap their present, can decide if they want to keep their present or if they think your present is better they can take it off you...and so forth.
Lot of fun!! So make sure you choose a fun present.

Sydney meet point is nearby to Thornleigh Macas in the car park next to the IBIS hotel (just off the roundabout) at 8.30am with departure at 9.00am sharp aiming to get there around 10.00am (distance approx 84kms). You can call me on 0414 832 391 if you have problems. Please note that this year we WILL be cruising together, so I ask that the leaders pull over just after entering the express way and wait for the tail end. Radios will be used - band 13. Remember, it's not a race, so lets stick together and have some fun!!



Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

The Club organises events on the basis that members who participate, together with their guests and invitees, do so on the basis set out in the Club Rules that (a) they assume all risk associated with the event, (b) that each of them releases and discharges the Club, its officers, volunteers, agents, contractors and sponsors from all claims, suits, demands, expenses, costs, damages or proceedings of any nature whatsoever (whether personal injury, death property damage or loss) sustained or suffered through participation in an event, and (c) that each of them indemnifies and holds harmless the Club, its officers, volunteers, agents, contractors and sponsors from and against all claims, suits, demands, expenses, costs, actions and proceedings of any nature whatsoever arising from or in relation to any injury, loss or damage suffered or sustained by any of them or by any other person as a result of any act, omission, neglect or default of any of them in connection with their participation in an event.
