    Get a blitz nur-spec exhaust. Mine puts rexy's to shame... I'm one of those dickhead who likes a loud car.

    Ahh, but therein lies the beauty of the Nur-Spec. Burbles low, sounds like a supe at mid range and then screams like an f1 car top end! Best sounding exhaust eva!

    agreed.
    Perhaps this is also why a 1JZ sounds nothing like a 2JZ at idle and low revs

    my 1JZ sounds nice and lumpy.... 272 inlet and exhaust cams do that

    supraiggy, does yours sound anything like this one?

    Funny thing is, it is listed as being a BPU, which I assume means it doesn't have lumpy cams? Yet, it still has that nice throb I'm after!
